The college follows the academic calendar of Magadh University, Bodh Gaya. Indicative schedule:

Syllabus
Semester-wise syllabi for all Major, Minor and elective papers are published by the university under the CBCS framework. Printed copies are available in the library and from departments.

End-semester results are declared by the university and can be checked online using the roll number. Internal assessment marks are displayed on the college notice board.

Code of Conduct & Attendance
Attendance
- A minimum of 75% attendance in each semester is required to appear in university examinations, as per university rules.
- Attendance is recorded in every lecture and practical. Shortfall is communicated to parents.
- Medical or other leave must be applied for in writing with supporting documents.
Discipline on campus
- Students must carry the college identity card at all times.
- Ragging in any form is a criminal offence and leads to expulsion — see Anti-Ragging.
- Use of tobacco, alcohol or intoxicants is strictly prohibited on campus.
- Mobile phones must be switched off in classrooms, laboratories and the library.
- Damage to college property will be recovered from the students responsible.
Dress & conduct
- Students are expected to dress decently and behave with courtesy towards teachers, staff and fellow students.
- Any form of harassment or discrimination is dealt with by the Internal Complaints Committee.
Examinations
- Internal assessments are compulsory and contribute to the final grade.
- Use of unfair means in any examination leads to cancellation of the paper and disciplinary action as per university rules.
